Disney is for everyone. They take this very seriously! Disneyland Paris has one of the best access pass systems I have ever used. That doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement as there always will be but I thought it might be helpful to explain what help is available and how to access it! In 2023 it was updated. If you visited last time and used the old "Orange pass / Green Pass" system you may want to take a look at the new system as it has changed. Temporary illness such as a broken bone is no longer covered under the new system. Instead the passes are now split between Priority Pass and Easy Access pass.
Priority Pass includes live long disabilities and the Easy Access Pass covers long term chronic illnesses. See the list of eligible conditions below:
Priority Pass eligibility
There is no defined list for eligibility but includes disabilities such as Neurodiversity conditions such as ASD, ADHD etc, Down syndrome, those who qualify for a Blue Badge etc.
Easy Access Pass

N.B. 12. Severe arterial hypertension was removed from the list of LTI by the decree of 24 June 2011. What is the difference between the two passes? It can also be used to access the disabled entrances and food queues. Easy access is a virtual queue system that you can book a 2nd attraction once your 1st is over.
